Day 16 of Distance Learning and a Fond Farewell:

 Hola Students, Friends, Parents/Caregivers and Family,

Today we sadly and fondly say farewell a wonderful Junior Team Leader, Teacher, Colleague and Friend, as Mrs Bond goes goes onto her next big adventure of being a mum to her baby boy Bond who is due very soon.

Mrs Bond, you have been a wonderful mentor, Team Leader and friend to me (Mrs Futcher) in my journey at Papakura Central School, and I really thank you and value all the support, training, encouragement, help and friendship you have given me in this time. We will all miss you so much, and we wish you all the love, hugs, joy and support in your new life, and we hope you keep in touch and come back one day when it's safe to introduce us to your son.  Aroha nui Mrs Bond from Room 19 and Mrs Futcher.

I can't wait to catch up with you all tomorrow for our morning meeting between 9 and 10 am, to see everyone's Dragon Themed Friday Dress Up Day, and to see all the wonderful work you have been doing this week, especially your Dragon Models, Drawings/Posters/Masks and Mother's Day Card Rhymes.

Absolutely impressive work Room 19, everyday you blow me away with the quality, consistency, imagination and creativity of work you are producing. Mrs Futcher is a very proud teacher of all her students and their amazing families.
