I hope this post finds you all happy and well. As you will be aware tomorrow marks the first day for Term 2, and because of the lock down still being in place, this means that the learning will be done at home instead of the classroom.
This is an unprecedented milestone for us all, and I know some of you may be apprehensive about what this will mean for you and your family. But don't worry because Mrs Futcher and the Junior Team have created some wonderful resources, timetables and links to help you get through it all.
As per the email I sent out today, I have added a new page to the blog which has the Distance Learning Timetable for Term 2 on it. This is designed to be flexible for you and your family, so please do not think you have to complete everything. Just do your best, have fun, share with your family and Mrs Futcher (for the blog) with pictures so we can see what you are all up to, as I 100% miss you all!!
I will be posting at least once a day - either: greetings, pictures, stories, videos or activities that I have been doing at home with or without my children, so keep posted for that and please, please, please make sure you share what you are doing with me for the blog!!
In that nature let's see what some of you have been up to so far:
Here is Sophia with her wonderful home learning update:

Here is Dylan with his awesome home learning update:
Dylan, it is terrific to see all the excellent learning you are participating in. That baking looked delicious, and made Mrs Futcher's mouth water! I wonder if you are missing playing chess with your friends? Great work persevering with that puzzle, you must be so patient. Please keep sharing all your wondrous pictures and stories, as we enjoy looking at them :)
And last but not least.....
Here is Shayaan with his astounding home learning update:
Shayaan, this is breath taking work by you and your mum! Mrs Futcher, her children (Maddison and Bailey), and I am sure the other students in room 19 would love to recreate this ourselves. Are you please able to share with us the "How to" or instructions on how you created this masterpiece!? Also please keep up the wonderful creative work and continue to share your pictures and learning with us all.
Ok everyone, I hope you enjoyed this post, if you want to be a part of the next post, make sure your parents and family are sending in those pictures and videos (via email) with a few sentences about what you have been doing!!
Happy Easter to you all, keep safe and well, take care of yourself and I look forward to speaking to you and your family tomorrow (Wednesday 15th of April 2020), so we are all ready for learning on Thursday the 16th of April 2020. As always until next time, I am sending big virtual hugs from Mrs Futcher and my family, to you and your family!!
